Christmas Day buffet was fantastic!!! Lots of traditional options as well as something a bit different. The duck with ginger & tamarind was wicked!!! This was our first year but we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here last year which was superb, and we also came back today for a buffet lunch. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! James does such a wonderful job. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Pleasantly surprised as pretty much all the food apart from two items were dairy and gluten free (which I am too)..so great to have so much choice to eat! lovely staff too.

Had a buffet lunch at McHughs of Cheltenham yesterday with my husband and was delighted with the experience. Great selection of very tasty food, service was fantastic - staff were very attentive and the view was superb. A wonderful experience at an amazing price!

The food was lovely and plentiful. The buffet was well worth the money and the hospitality without fault. Despite our family practically taking over the whole place, you served with a smile and kindly brought our drinks, coffee, extra cutlery for the cake without being asked. We will definitely be back. Stunning views on a sunny day right on the Beach. Buffet lunch was not too much to choose from but what was there was lovely. Waiter was very welcoming as well.

We went to a surprise birthday party there. Lovely atmosphere, great views over the Rangitoto as well. The food was really good, and quite a bit of choice for a buffet.
